Girl, 6 dies on Belmont soccer field





Boston (WBZ Newsroom)  -- A shocking tragedy in Belmont, where a six-year-old girl collapsed playing soccer Saturday and died.

Police and firefighters who were quick on the scene at Winn Brook field did everything they could to revive the girl.

 She was pronounced dead at Mount Auburn Hospital.

 Counselors will be available Monday at the Burbank School in Belmont.
