Dover, NH (AP) -- A man just released from prison for taking hostages at one of Hillary Rodham Clinton's New Hampshire campaign offices in 2007 has been arrested again.
Officials say Leeland Eisenberg was jailed Monday on charges he violated the terms of his probation by not plugging in an electronic-monitoring ankle bracelet.
Strafford County Attorney Tom Velardi says Eisenberg had been shown several times how to use the device. At a hearing Tuesday, Eisenberg said he didn't have enough outlets to charge his global positioning system bracelet.
Eisenberg is being held on $20,000 bail.
He was released on probation Nov. 18. He had served two years in prison for strapping on a fake bomb and threatening to blow Clinton's campaign headquarters in Rochester as he held several hostages on Nov. 30, 2007.
