Boston (WBZ Newsroom) -- The John Marshall Elementary School in Dorchester is once again the scene of violence.
Boston Police say a man was shot there Tuesday night.
The school is used as a rec center at night. The victim, a 22-year old man was playing basketball in the gym and dozens of kids were in the gym at the time of the shooting.
According to police, the man ran into the street and was shot a few more times before the gunman took off.
His injuries are said not to be life-threarening.
There was another shooting outside the school just two weeks ago.
It's not known if the two incidents are related.
