Boston (WBZ Newsroom) -- A manhunt is underway in Boston after an armed holdup at the Boston Cab dispatch company Monday morning.
Police say around 10 a.m. two armed men pistol-whipped a man inside cab offices on Kilmarnock Street in the Fenway.
Both men took off with a substantial amount of cash and the victim called for help.
According to Boston Police, the men stole a white Honda and then abandoned it on Ipswich Street.
They then pulled over a taxi, pointed a gun to the cabbie's head and ordered him to drive.
Officers caught up to the cab and stopped it on Boylston Street.
One suspect was captured, but the other ran off and is still on the loose.
That suspect is described as:
5 feet 10 inches tall
Medium to dark skin
In his 30's
Wearing a red cap, gray hoodie, dark blue pants and a T-shirt.
Two guns used in the robbery were recovered.
The victim was taken to Brigham and Women's Hospital for treatment.
