Woman killed, 3 seriously injured in Cape crash

Bourne (WBZ Newsroom) -- A young woman was killed and three of her friends seriously injured when a Porsche smashed into a tree in Bourne early Monday. Cassandra Flynn was 21. She was a 2006 graduate of Bourne High School.

Bourne police believe that the Porsche was speeding, and that none of the victims were wearing seatbelts. The driver, 21 year old Jonathan Muir of Falmouth, is likely to be charged. Police say that the County Rd. tree that he plowed into has been hit by vehicles before.
