Portland (AP)  -- Lobster prices are rebounding after months in the tank, but with poor weather conditions and much of their fishing gear pulled from the water, not many fishermen are reaping the rewards.    Lobster dealers say the price increase is a result of supply and demand -- with supply down and strong demand through the holiday season.    The Maine Lobstermen's Association says the "boat price" that lobstermen get for their catch has risen from $2.25 to $2.80 two weeks ago to $4 to $5.40 a pound this week.    But not many fishermen are benefiting; most have pulled their traps for the season, while those who are still working have been hampered by poor weather that has keep them on shore for the most part.    With lobstermen getting more for their catch, consumers are paying more at seafood shops and supermarkets. 2009 The Associated Press.
