Holiday accidents kill eight on Bay State Roads Eight people have been killed in four early-morning Fourth of July accidents in Massachusetts. The first, involving four cars occured in Quincy. One person died. A short time later, a single-car accident in Walpole claimed three lives. Less than two hours after that, three more people were killed in a rollover on I-95 in Attleboro. A fourth accident, occuring around 6:00 in Sudbury, killed one person.
