Boston (WBZ Newsroom) -- WBZ NewsRadio 1030 will once again broadcast the July 4th concert on the Esplanade along the banks of the Charles River.
Our coverage begins at 7:00 p.m. with WBZ's Jordan Rich. Jordan will preview the evening's festivities from the WBZ Mobile NewsRoom, then you're invited to tune in to the Boston Pops Esplanade Orchestra, starting at 8:30 p.m. Music legend Neil Diamond will join maestro Keith Lockhart, and CBS Late Late Show host Craig Ferguson will return as emcee of the 36th annual event.
The Boston Pops Fireworks spectacular, to be held at the Hatch Shell, will conclude with a 21-minute pyrotechnic extravaganza.
