Anchorage, AK (AP) -- A Boston man accused of traveling to Anchorage to have sex with a 6-year-old boy faces arraignment Monday in federal court.
The Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency says 45-year-old John Mark Felton was indicted last week on charges of interstate travel with intent to engage in a sexual act with a child under the age of 12.
He was arrested Nov. 16 when he arrived at Ted Stevens International Airport expecting to meet the father who made the arrangement. Instead, Felton learned had been chatting with an undercover agent in the ICE initiative, Operation Predator.
